Gender Pay Gap Report
Beacon People Limited is committed to transparency and to fair pay and equal opportunity for all our employees. This page explains our position in relation to gender pay gap reporting.
1. Legal requirement
Under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, employers with 250 or more employees on the “snapshot” date (5 April each year) must publish certain gender pay gap statistics on their website and report them to the government. The figures include the mean and median gender pay gap, the mean and median bonus gap, and the proportions of men and women in each quartile of the pay distribution.
2. Our position
As of the reporting period to which this page relates, Beacon People Limited either employs fewer than 250 people on the snapshot date (and is therefore not required to publish gender pay gap data) or we publish our figures where we are in scope. We do not publish fabricated or invented statistics; any figures we publish will reflect our actual payroll data calculated in accordance with the regulations.
If we are not required to report, we may still choose to publish a statement of our commitment to fair pay and equal opportunity, as we do here.
3. Our commitment
We are committed to paying our employees fairly and without discrimination. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender (or any other protected characteristic) in pay or other terms. Where we publish gender pay gap data, we will also publish it on the government’s reporting service and will use the data to inform our practices and any actions we take to support equality.
