- What is umbrella payroll?
- You are employed by the umbrella company (Beacon People). You work on assignments arranged by agencies. We run payroll, deduct tax and NI under PAYE, and pay you. We provide payslips for each pay period.
- How do I get paid?
- You submit timesheets; once approved, we run pay on our published schedule. Pay frequency (e.g. weekly) is agreed at onboarding.
- What documents do I need?
- Right to work and identity documents. We will tell you exactly what to provide when you register.
- Do you support agencies?
- Yes. We provide due diligence materials, onboarding support, and processes that help agencies meet supply chain and JSL obligations.
- Where do you operate?
- We are based in Preston and serve agencies and contractors across the UK.
